Data is processed solely to forward the user's request to the selected hotels and allow them to respond with a quote. The legal basis is performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Data is shared exclusively with the hotels selected by the user in the form, for the purpose of responding to the request. The user also receives a confirmation email at the address provided. A copy of the request is retained internally by the controller for administrative purposes.
No data is sold, transferred, or disclosed to third parties other than those indicated above.
Quote request data is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and for administrative purposes, up to a maximum of 36 months, unless earlier deletion is requested by the user.
Data is processed and stored on servers located within the European Union. No transfers outside the EU occur.
