The controller also acts as data processor. No DPO has been appointed, as it is not mandatory for the activities carried out.
We collect personal data that the user voluntarily provides through the hotel quote request form:
The free-text message field is intended only for information relevant to the request (stay preferences, questions for the hotel). Any special-category ("sensitive") data under Art. 9 GDPR that the user spontaneously enters there — for example health information, dietary needs linked to religious beliefs, or disability-related requirements — will be forwarded to the selected hotels together with the rest of the quote request. We therefore ask users not to include unnecessary data in the message field; voluntarily providing such information constitutes explicit consent to its processing for the sole purpose of handling the request (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).
We do not collect any data through profiling, statistical cookies, or analytics tools.
Data is processed solely to forward the user's request to the selected hotels and allow them to respond with a quote. The legal basis is performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Data is shared exclusively with the hotels selected by the user in the form, for the purpose of responding to the request. The user also receives a confirmation email at the address provided. A copy of the request is retained internally by the controller for administrative purposes.
No data is sold, transferred, or disclosed to third parties other than those indicated above.
Quote request data is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and for administrative purposes, up to a maximum of 36 months, unless earlier deletion is requested by the user.
Data is processed and stored on servers located within the European Union. No transfers outside the EU occur.
Under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, the user has the right to:
