For lunch and dinner, the restaurant offers a choice of three menus featuring traditional Romagna dishes, including meat, fish, and vegetarian options, always accompanied by a buffet of vegetables and side dishes. Fresh fruit and dessert round out the meal. Menu variations are available for those with intolerances or other dietary requirements.

Families with children will find numerous dedicated services at Hotel Carignano: in addition to family and connecting rooms, we provide cribs and bed rails, bottle warmers, strollers, bicycle seats, and high chairs. Babysitting and pediatric consultations are also available upon request, while baby food and baby menus are available at the table.
