IN SPA AREA, NEAR THE BEACH. The Family Residence Nuova Orchidea overlooks Viale San Martino, in the Abissinia-Terme district, just a short walk from Riccione’s spa and a 5-minute walk from the licensed beach. Viale Ceccarini and the train station are a 5-minute drive away.
INDEPENDENT APARTMENTS. The facility consists of 7 air-conditioned apartments, equipped with fiber Wi-Fi, complete with linens and appliances, dishes, plates and cutlery. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower stall and hair dryer. There is also a large balcony with table and chairs in all accommodations. Two-room apartments for 2/4 persons and three-room apartments with 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies for 2/6 persons available.
CHILDREN’S SERVICES. Those traveling with children, in addition to the spacious accommodations, will find many dedicated services including cribs, fall-prevention rails, high chairs, bicycle helmet and seat, changing table and entertainment at the affiliated bathhouse.
ANIMALS ALLOWED FREE OF CHARGE. Pets of all sizes are allowed at no extra charge and have access to the affiliated beach.
PRIVATE PARKING. The residence provides parking spaces in the private underground garage accessible by moving platform. Additional places are reserved in a fenced space a short distance away.
BEACH AGREEMENT. The facility has an agreement with Beach No. 46/47, which offers a chiringuito for snacks, drinks and aperitifs, sports fields and fitness area, activities and entertainment for adults and children.
Parking: paid, by reservation, private garage and gated parking a short distance away.
Reception and common areas: luggage storage.
