The hotel has been recently refurbished, and it is fully air-conditioned and heated. It is run by the Mariotti family who ensures a young, homely, and dynamic ambience as well as special attention for their clients' needs. It is part of the "Environmentally-Friendly Hotels", a group of accommodation facilities suggested by Legambiente for their environmental commitment.

Eating & drinking : in the hotel restaurant "l'Azdora" (“housewife” in the local dialect) , all meals are personally prepared by Azdora Anna who will delight you with her local specialties. Special attention is devoted to the main ingredients, from the local extra-virgin olive oil to the wines selected by the family's sommelier Daniele.
Next to the vegetable buffet is a tasting area of oils and other dressings. The buffet breakfast offers homemade cakes and a full choice of organic products . After 10am breakfast is served at the bar. We offer you a surprise midweek aperitif with Adriatic fish snacks and some good wine to match.

Nives relies on a 16-year experience and, with your help, we can properly meet any requirement.
All the rooms are large and peaceful. They are equipped with air-conditioning, bathroom, Satellite TV, direct dial telephone and RJ adaptor.
IRIS ROOMS: some of the Iris Rooms are located in the most peaceful part of the hotel, i.e. in the mansard. They have a balcony or a window.
GIGLIO ROOMS: recently refurbished, some of them are communicating rooms. They offer a balcony, shower cubicle, safety box, air drier, and they are painted with colours suitable for chromotherapy. Special services for your children: high chair, cradle, baby cots, changing facilities, little tub, bath booster etc... Just ask us.
ORCHIDEA ROOMS: these larger and romantic rooms offer a big bathroom with shower cubicle and whirlpool bathtub, no architectonical barriers.
