This area is particulary indicated for those who want a relaxing sta, but without negleting the opportunities that the privileged location of the residence offers. Indeed the sea will be only 150 metres from yours accomodation and the central Ceccarini street, which is ideal for shopping or just to have a walk. It's only 10 minutes walking distance, crosig ver gramsci street, which is also limited to heavy traffic. It's also important the nearby of some good take-away, restaurant, bar supermarket and botiques.
The residence is a new construction.
It has confortable and large two/three room apartments, elegantly furnished and treted to the minimum details.

THE PRICES NOT INCLUDED:

* Weekly beach towels: 5€
To confirm booking, a deposit worth 30% of the price of the stay is needed. Apartments are booked only after the receiving of this deposit. On the arrival and before the delivery of the keys, it is needed to pay the balance of the whole stay and a caution of 300,00€ for apartment; the last one will be given back on departure after checking no damages inside the apartment.
CANCELLATION/RENUNCIATION
Cancellation/renunciation must be communicated by written form. Deposits are not reimbursed. If cancellation is communicated at least 90 days before the arrival, the Residence Ambra grants to Client to use deposit for booking another stay of same or similar length in 2011. |
